Joe was previously attached to one of the Big Four accounting firms and has commercial exposure in multi-national corporations based in Switzerland and Vietnam.
He has over 20 years of experience in external audit and internal audit advisory, enterprise risk management, corporate liability advisory and procurement process transformation services.
Joe has led and completed risk management and internal audit projects for numerous clients across industries such as manufacturing; oil & gas; automotive; power & energy; property development; construction as well as leisure & hospitality services. He has also led internal control reviews and assessments for companies seeking Initial Public Offering on Bursa Malaysia. For procurement process transformation, he has led many cross-functional cost savings projects in the areas of fuel diversification, packaging improvement, MRO materials consolidation and inventory reduction.
Joe is a frequent speaker on strategic procurement governance and internal audit practices for CPE programmes of MIA, IIA and other professional bodies.
