Kei Hui was previously attached to one of the Big Four accounting firms and has over 20 years of professional experience in auditing listed companies, multinational corporations, and private entities.
She has extensive industry experience across a wide range of sectors, including logistics and transportation, food and beverage, tourism, healthcare, steel manufacturing, hotel and resort operations, property development, construction, treated water treatment and distribution, the supply, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of defence and aviation equipment and accessories, as well as the oil recycling industry.
In addition to audit engagements, Kei Hui has substantial experience in financial due diligence, business and share valuations, reviews of financial forecasts and projections, and various corporate restructuring and transaction-related assignments. She has also been involved in initial public offering (IPO) exercises, serving as a Reporting Accountant and assisting clients in meeting the financial reporting and disclosure requirements for listing.
