Pheak Buen is a seasoned transfer pricing specialist with over 20 years of experience in the tax industry, including 14 years leading a wide range of transfer pricing engagements.
Her expertise spans key areas such as transfer pricing risk reviews and identification, compliance and planning documentation studies and various forms of business restructuring exercises. These include transfers of business, remodelling of intragroup arrangements and changes in business models, supply chains and pricing policies. She also provides strategic advisory services on intragroup agreements, transfer pricing advisory, due diligence reviews and audit defence.
Prior to joining Moore Advent, Pheak Buen developed her expertise at a Big Four tax firm, where she handled individual, corporate tax and transfer pricing services. Notably, she was involved in the early unilateral Advance Pricing Agreements [“APA”] with the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board, as well as subsequent APA compliance engagements.
She is committed to knowledge sharing and conducts internal and external training sessions, seminars and webinars on transfer pricing.
