Responsibilities

• To handle and manage the Company’s assignments primarily in relation to tax advisory work for companies and individuals
• To assist in corporate restructuring, tax due diligence and other advisory jobs
• Researching, analysing and interpreting tax legislation / tax incentives
• To assist in tax audit and investigation engagements
• To assist in real property gains tax, stamp duty and indirect tax engagements
• To monitor and update any technical and business developments
• To have meetings with clients, business associates and officers from government authorities, as and when required
• To assume in such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Taxation or equivalent
• At least 2 – 7 years of working experience in the related field
• An analytical and logical mind capable of interpreting data and written information
• Planning and organisation skills
