Sam is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He was previously attached to PKF Malaysia and has more than 8 years of professional experience in auditing listed companies, multinationals and private companies. He has extensive exposure in industries such as property development, construction, trading and manufacturing, shipping and logistics.

Besides auditing, he has exposure in initial public offering exercises, financial due diligence review and other corporate exercises.
